We offer a 14-day return policy for all of our items (unless otherwise stated at the time of sale), provided that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as sold and delivered. As long as no damage or new faults have appeared, a full refund will be issued, minus the delivery and collection fees.
Should an item be returned damaged, faulty or in any state other than what it was sold as by UUWD, a refund will be refused. If the customer returns any items to us without prior notification and agreement, a refund will not automatically be issued. Should a refund be refused, the customer will be liable for additional postage costs to have the item returned to them.
After 14 days, we reserve the right to decline a refund for an item that the customer has decided they no longer require.
The 14 day return window commences from the date of delivery by the courier or postal service. If the customer is collecting from the UUWD store, the 14 day returns window commences from the day of collection.
If the customer changes their mind on an item or items following purchase, a refund will only be issued if the courier has not yet collected the item(s) from the UUWD warehouse. If the item(s) are already in transit or have been delivered, the responsibility and cost to return the item(s) to us will be with the customer. Items returned in this way are still subject to the other points of this Policy.
Refunds cannot be offered for any glazing products that have been ordered through Used UPVC Windows & Doors (UUWD) and made/issued by a third-party glazing company. Custom glazing is a bespoke product and therefore cannot be reissued. This is to ensure that we are not left with unusable glazing units (as the next customer may require a different type or style of glazing than the one purchased for you).
If an order is not collected within 14 days of purchase, the item(s) will be returned to stock for sale with no refund provided. An order may only be held for longer at the sole discretion of the management.
Any changes to this Returns Policy are at the discretion of the UUWD Management.
We will always treat our customers with respect and decency. Please give our staff the same treatment.
