Our shipping and deliveries are all quoted on a 5-7 day basis and we aim to provide an excellent process start to finish.

This policy does not apply to certain products and categories. An alternative postage method will be listed if so.

Shipping Policy: Buyers acknowledge that they are solely responsible for delivery charges payable to the courier either prior to delivery or on delivery.

1) Cancellation of the order after items have been collected will result in the delivery company charging Used UPVC Windows & Doors and this will then be deducted from the refund of the item.  If you need to cancel an order, you are required to advise us prior to dispatch. 

2) Refusal to pay the courier will result in the courier the returning the items and charging us. This would also incur a deduction in the amount you are refunded.

3) Due to the weight and size of the items, our couriers are only able to deliver to ground floor levels.
